All I can say is wow! These guys are Honest, hardworking and full of integrity. Talked to Gary over the phone told him situation couple days later truck was in shop being repaired. Gary pointed a couple other issues they he was more than willing to take care of while it was there in shop. Took coupe more days for the extra parts to come in but well worth the wait. I've owned many of vehicles over my course of my lifetime and dealt with many Mechanics that were either crooks, hacks or all the above. There is still a good mechanic shop around TRi-City Diesel take your Diesel, you won't regret it. My diesel will be going there from now on money well spent. Thanks Gary & Team
Gary it has done work on two of my trucks. Does a phenomenal job. Highly recommend I drive almost an hour and a half one way just to have him work on my stuff.
Got done wrong by another mechanic so o decided to take my truck 3 hours to tri city, I told them what happened and the possibilities of bad headgasket still. Gary ordered everything including new heads incase mine was cracked before he even seen my truck for a fast repair!
It ended up needing a new engine after we seen something had gotten in it from previous mechanic. He had the new engine ordered and installed with some other work done in no time! Very pleased with this shop! He keeps in contact and explains everything throughout the job and still in contact weeks after the job checking up on things!
